Zoë Petrides – Principal Consultant
Zoë is a chartered Occupational Psychologist with 15 years experience working with a wide range of clients from both private and public sectors. A skillful project leader, Zoë’s expertise is in working with clients to fully understand their issues, and develop the most effective Talent Management solutions that best meet their needs – helping businesses align organisational and people strategy.
Zoë began her career as a qualified stockbroker in corporate finance where she gained a wealth of commercial experience working on IPO’s and M&A’s. Prior to joining WorkplaceTalent, Zoë worked for over 10 years with prominent firms SHL and Right Management. As a Senior Consultant she led on significant Talent Management projects designing and implementing assessment centres, designing competency models and performance management systems, leadership programmes, coaching and one-to-one feedback. Whilst at Right Management Zoë was UK and Ireland lead for their global talent assessment.
Mark is also a senior lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire teaching on the Masters programme and undertaking research in Organisational Psychology. He has presented at many international conferences and published numerous articles on Emotional Intelligence and Workplace Engagement. He is author of Equaliser© (see our sister company WorkplaceBuzz) a globally used online survey and toolkit for developing Engagement.

Peter Cowan – Technology and Implementation Partner
Peter worked for a number of years managing different businesses primarily in the Technology sector for the global giant Interpublic Group. Having seen first hand both the benefits that an engaged workforce can bring to an organisation and the damage that can be done when employee engagement is ignored, Peter is now a passionate advocate for Talent Management and Workplace Engagement.
Peter believes that having team members invest their ‘emotional capital’ into an enterprise is the key to successful performance.
Peter is a strong business leader with a special skill in project leadership and communication. His expert knowledge in all things technical is invaluable to WorkplaceTalent in implementing first-class assessment services, and his depth of leadership experience provides essential insights and opportunities for our clients.
Flora has worked as a talent management consultant for over 10-years building a wealth of experience in areas such as: Team Development, Executive Coaching, Organisational Assessment and Change Management. Prior to working with WorkplaceTalent she spent 8-years as a senior consultant with one of the leading global consultancies responsible for the design and delivery of talent management solutions.
A first-class project manager Flora’s greatest talent is her ability to quickly understand client issues and to apply her insight and creativity to design innovative and engaging solutions that really make a difference.
Flora MacDonald – Talent Management Consultant
Ali is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an accredited Executive Coach. She has 23 years’ experience in consultancy, has coached for 13 years up to board level and across a broad range of sectors.
Ali is deeply passionate about coaching and clients have described her work as “inspiring”, “life changing”,”the best thing that ever happened to me professionally.” Her coaching specialisms include helping clients to develop self-belief, step-up in role, improve communications & relationships, develop role balance – from doing to leading. Ali was previously Head of Coaching for Right Management UK & Ireland.
Ali is also experienced in assessment for selection & development, programme design, Action Learning, 360 feedback, psychometrics and employee research. In her previous career she was an Associate Director in the Market Research Industry.
